WE'RE ON OUR WAY

Good freaking morning to all you beautiful people.  Since my last post, a couple of great things have happened. First, that very evening after I hit send, David Moyes' tricky blue army secured a HUGE draw against Man City (could've been even better but I'm not getting hung up on that). It means the title is firmly in our hands now and we have even stronger clarity on our mission in the Premier League - win 3 games, win the league. Couldn't be more simple, right? We have to do our best to remain in 'one-game-at-a-time' territory, with a tricky away trip to relegation-fighting West Ham next. More on that later... In even bigger news, some would say, last night I was there to witness what has to be one of the greatest nights of the Emirates Stadium's lifetime. Arsenal Football Club are in a Champions League Final. Yes, you read that right, it wasn't a dream, we did it. Fulham? We Went the Whole Hog!

Good evening on a wonderful May Bank Holiday here in the UK, and Happy Star Wars Day to all those who celebrate.  Tonight, we watch (or in my case, stay far away from) to see if the mighty Everton can bring down the evil sky blue monsters better known as Manchester City. I only have half-hope that we get the outcome that we want, City dropping points, and I refuse to let the hope-ometer fill any more or else I'll risk my spirits being crushed beyond repair.  But before we talk any more about all that scary stuff, let's cast our minds back to a sunny-but-rainy early Saturday evening in North London... The starting XI for the Fulham game was interesting, I'd even say exciting, and I was really intrigued to see how Myles Lewis-Skelly would get on in his first Premier League start in central midfield.
